About the Role:

As a vital member of our team, you will provide essential First Line Employee Support to our internal workforce, ensuring that approximately 1500 staff members receive the assistance they need. You will report directly to the EMEA HR Shared Services Manager.

Our client, a leading player in the pharmaceutical sector, presents an exceptional opportunity for you to advance your career in Human Resources, gaining invaluable commercial insights.

We seek a motivated individual who is passionate about Human Resources, enjoys assisting employees with their HR inquiries, and is eager to expand their expertise across various HR domains.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least one to two years of experience in managing employee absence and exit processes.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services, preferably with HRIS systems such as Workday.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, practices, regulations, and tools, particularly in handling confidential information.
  • A strong customer service focus, coupled with a commitment to maintaining integrity and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Visio; experience with data analysis and case management tools like ServiceNow is advantageous.
  • A degree in a relevant HR field or CIPD qualification is preferred.
