We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administrator to join our Central team at Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise CIC on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide efficient administrative support and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Central team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
