Graduate Programme Overview

We're looking for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates who are curious, creative, and ambitious to join our International Corporate Banking Graduate Programme. This programme is designed to help you unlock a world of carefully curated experiences, knowledge, and connections to shape your career.

As a graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with a global investment bank presence across Americas, UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific. You'll be part of a team that fosters entrepreneurial skills and provides diverse bank groups and product sets to build your versatility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with relationship loans, cash management RFPs, trade finance facilities, and other responsibilities that will give you a tangible impact on the Corporate Bank.
  • Provide insights and expertise to senior colleagues to help them make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Execute small research projects, prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings, and collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for international corporate banking.
  • Interact with global clients and support in deals, participate in training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge, and identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for international corporate banking.
  • Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision making for international corporate banking, train and mentor junior colleagues, escalate breaches of policies/procedures appropriately, and take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.
