International Corporate Banking Professional

We're looking for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates who are curious, creative, and ambitious to join our International Corporate Banking Graduate Programme. This programme is designed to empower you to shape your career and make a tangible impact on the Corporate Bank.
Why the International Corporate Banking Graduate Programme?With a global presence across Americas, UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific, you'll enter a supportive and collaborative environment known for its pace. You'll have the opportunity to access diverse bank groups and product sets, building versatility and developing entrepreneurial skills within the bank's fast-growing division.
This programme covers financial modelling, credit skills, CIB products, and solutions, as well as understanding product sets like FX, DCM, and Barclaycard. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with relationship loans, cash management RFPs, trade finance facilities, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Provide insights and expertise to senior colleagues to inform decision-making, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.
- Execute small research projects, prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings, and collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for international corporate banking.
- Interact with global clients and support in deals, participate in training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for international corporate banking.
- Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support decision-making for international corporate banking.
- Train and mentor junior colleagues, escalate breaches of policies/procedures appropriately, and take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls.
