Job Title: Part Time Cleaning Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaning Assistant to join our team at ABM UK. As a Part Time Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness within our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform a range of cleaning activities, including mopping, sweeping, emptying bins, vacuuming, and cleaning of toilets and other areas within the building.
  • Task Management: Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, adhering to company expectations, rules, and procedures.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the proper handling of hazardous materials, correct use of uniform, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Person Specification:

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate good attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Show reliability and flexibility in adapting to a busy operational environment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills and a commitment to quality.
  • Adaptability: Be able to quickly adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Essential Requirements:

  • References: Provide 5-year checkable referencing history.
  • Previous Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
