We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance professional to join our team at Clark James Head Office. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing an existing book of Commercial and Corporate clients, as well as helping to bring in new ones.
Key Responsibilities:- Control the renewal process for clients, gathering information and communicating effectively.
- Maintain and grow your book of business by identifying and pursuing new business leads.
- Discuss renewal terms with customers, seeking alternatives and negotiating competitive terms.
- Visit clients as necessary, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolving efficiently and escalating concerns as needed.
- Identify and act upon new-business opportunities, using sound judgment to recommend them.
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong track record in Commercial Insurance broking or Underwriting, with a minimum of Cert CII or Dip CII qualification. You will also require a deep understanding of the client market and insurance industry network, including the London Market, Lloyds, and Industry.
We are looking for a driven, hardworking, and business-focused individual who can keep clients at the heart of their actions and help the team achieve both renewal retention and growth rates.
