We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Heat Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling their commercial insurance needs, and working closely with our Account Executives to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing quotations for commercial insurance policies to clients via phone, face-to-face, or in writing.
- Placing cover when instructed, inviting and confirming renewals, and dealing with mid-term adjustments.
- Handling claims and providing support to clients as needed.
- Working collaboratively with Account Executives to ensure client needs are met and business objectives are achieved.
- Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Acturis quotation experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
