About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Strategic Project Lead. As a key member of our Product and Design function, you will play a crucial role in driving and overseeing key initiatives that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer relationships, working collaboratively with the Product Management team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Product Management approaches, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to understand and interpret complex data, making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
