Salary: From £28,928.64 to £40,772.16 OTE

If you are a dedicated Personal Trainer with a passion for helping others, Nuffield Health offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals' lives while advancing your career.

As a Personal Trainer at our Twickenham location, you will be expected to be approachable, confident, and enthusiastic. It is essential that you possess a minimum of REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner certification (or higher).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accessing Nuffield Health's extensive range of services
  • Engaging and inspiring members to achieve their fitness aspirations and embrace a healthier lifestyle
  • Delivering a variety of training sessions and consultations with confidence
  • Conducting high-quality inductions, personal best programs, group training, and general gym responsibilities
  • Enjoying clear pathways for career advancement with exceptional opportunities for progression
  • Exploring potential roles as a Wellbeing Lead or in management
  • Receiving further training through our in-house Personal Best program, including opportunities to become a Les Mills instructor and group cycle trainer, along with additional CPD options

Compensation Structure: The salary is based on a 40-hour work week, comprising 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours dedicated to personal training sessions. As your client base expands, you will have the flexibility to reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your earning potential, which can reach up to £40,772.16 OTE.

During the probation period, all contracts will require a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to ensure a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earnings will increase as you build your personal training clientele.

Incentives: The more personal training sessions you conduct, the greater your take-home earnings will be.
