Salary: From £28,928.64 to £40,772.16 OTE

In your role as a Personal Trainer at our Twickenham Club, you will be expected to be confident, sociable, and approachable. It is essential that you hold a REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification (or higher), whether you are an experienced trainer or newly qualified.
A natural communicator, you will excel in listening, understanding, and articulating concepts effectively.

- Deliver a variety of sessions and consultations with confidence.
- Conduct high-quality inductions, personal best programs, group and individual training sessions, along with general gym responsibilities.

- Explore pathways to advance into Wellbeing Lead and management positions.
- Benefit from additional training through our in-house Personal Best program, including opportunities to become a Les Mills instructor and group cycle trainer, along with further CPD opportunities.
Salary Structure: The salary is based on a 40-hour work week, consisting of 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours dedicated to personal training sessions. As your client base expands, you will reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your personal training earning potential, which can reach up to £40,772.16 OTE.
During the probation period, all contracts will guarantee a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to ensure a consistent salary.
Your earnings will increase as you build your personal training clientele and enhance your earning capacity. The compensation for personal training sessions operates on a sliding scale; the more sessions you conduct, the greater your take-home earnings.
