We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Decommissioning Technician to join our team in Rutherford. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients' nuclear decommissioning projects by contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the execution of decommissioning activities, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Contribute to the dismantling and removal of nuclear facilities and equipment.
  • Participate in the packaging and transportation of radioactive waste materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to decommissioning operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a nuclear decommissioning or related field.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
