About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our team. As a Practice Director, you will be responsible for developing opportunities to grow our sectors and drive business growth. You will have overall responsibility for transformation projects, engaging with clients at a high level, and overseeing a talented team to build capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term plans for business growth and development
  • Consult with clients to develop plans for managing their operations more effectively
  • Win projects and maintain client relationships
  • Present work statements, proposals, and support contract creation
  • Supervise project finances for final client approval

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of consulting experience
  • Creating sales pipeline to reach annual sales targets and quota by leveraging client relationships
  • Analyzing client businesses to determine how to improve profitability, efficiency, quality, or other measures of success
  • Developing and executing long-term plans for business growth and development
  • Consulting with clients to develop plans for managing their operations more effectively
  • Winning projects and maintaining client relationships
  • Presenting work statements, proposals, and supporting contract creation
  • Supervising project finances for final client approval

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary with an OTE of £215,000 comprising basic pay (£130k), commission, and car allowance
