About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Next. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and leading a high-performing team to achieve sales, drive efficiencies, and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in providing leadership and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all stock and operational processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that all security procedures are followed and that security staff are utilized effectively.
  • Develop and implement plans to address training, development, and recruitment needs to ensure a high-performing team.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
