About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff Member to join our team at The Mole Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service across all areas of the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all hotel/lodge/bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.
  • Report any maintenance issues and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
  • Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation, fire precautions, and legal requirements.
