This is an exciting opportunity for a Director of User Experience to join Understanding Recruitment NFP, a highly respected and well-established charity based in London. As the Director of User Experience, you will be responsible for leading on user-centred research to create exceptional experiences for the organisation's supporters and service users.

The Director of User Experience will be responsible for leading on user testing and ensuring UX design is as optimal as possible. This role requires a strong understanding of User Experience, User Research, and User Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on user-centred research to create exceptional experiences for supporters and service users
  • Lead on user testing and ensure UX design is optimal
  • Develop and implement user experience strategies to improve supporter and service user engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user experience is integrated into all aspects of the organisation

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of User Experience, User Research, and User Testing
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience working with 3rd party agencies
