Simulation Controller (Royal Navy Training)

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the training of Royal Navy personnel at HMS Collingwood. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the professional development of sailors and marines, helping them prepare for operational duties in the Fleet.

The role involves working closely with instructors to load simulations onto the systems/simulators, controlling the simulator, and providing appropriate inputs and responses during training scenarios. You will also be responsible for managing simulation exercises, including malfunctions, machinery issues, and man-overboard situations.

We are looking for candidates with a STCW II/1 qualification or an RN equivalent (bridge watchkeeping certificate). Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office, are also essential. If you have a passion for simulation-based training and a desire to make a difference in the Royal Navy's training program, we encourage you to apply.
