About the Role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a 'can-do' attitude. You'll be responsible for creating inspirational and personalized experiences for our customers, showcasing our unique fragrances and gifting options.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide authentic and personalized customer service
- Develop a deep understanding of our fragrances and gifting options
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and create a positive in-store experience
- Participate in in-store events and visual merchandising to drive sales and engagement
