CamVision Education is a premier education consultancy and specialized tuition provider catering to students aged 15 and above, assisting them in exploring their academic interests and crafting competitive university applications.
In recent years, the significance of super-curricular learning has surged, becoming a focal point in the context of British university admissions. In today's highly competitive landscape, students are encouraged to engage in activities that distinguish them from their peers and showcase their commitment to academic excellence.
We offer customized tuition to students striving for success in their university applications and support them throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between CamVision's consultancy and tutoring teams, as well as students and parents, utilizing messaging platforms, email, and scheduling tools to ensure accurate lesson planning and avoid misunderstandings.
- Gather registration documents from prospective students and establish their accounts within our system.
- Maintain positive customer relationships by engaging with students and parents in group communications, reminding them of upcoming lessons and relaying feedback from consultants and tutors.
- Ensure that all lessons proceed as scheduled, coordinating with the consultancy team as necessary to address any issues.
- Keep detailed records of lessons and student purchase history, reminding students and parents of tuition fee renewals as required.
- Assist the boarding schools team in organizing and booking transportation and accommodation as needed according to school schedules.
- Support the reconciliation of tutor payments with actual lessons at the end of each month.
- Ensure that all operational processes are efficient and up to date.
To effectively manage our scheduling commitments, we seek a candidate who can work full-time from Thursday to Monday each week, with days off on Tuesday and Wednesday.
About You
- Possess excellent proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Have prior experience in administration or secretarial roles.
- Be able to travel to the office periodically as required.
- Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the Google suite of applications.
- Desire to play a key role in a dynamic and growing small business.
- Be proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
