Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Specialist to join our team at Future Education. As a key member of our educational institution, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning journey of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Classroom Support: Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and manage student behavior.
  2. Individual Support: Provide tailored support to students who require additional help, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
  3. Group Work: Lead small group sessions, reinforcing learning and providing targeted support.
  4. Behavior Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, helping with behavior management strategies when necessary.
  5. Special Educational Needs (SEN): Work with students with SEN, adapting support to meet their specific needs.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as preparing classroom materials and maintaining records.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience working with children or young people.
  2. A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students in their learning journey.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
