Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at J Matthews Legal. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and support to our clients across a range of commercial, marketing, sponsorship, e-commerce, branding, and licensing matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on commercial, marketing, and branding matters
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to protect and promote our clients' brands
  • Work closely with our clients' in-house teams to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with our team of lawyers to provide comprehensive legal support to our clients

Requirements

  • Qualified UK Solicitor or other Common Law jurisdiction Lawyer with significant prior relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial, marketing, and branding law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
