Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a cleaning plan to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Update schedules and ensure health and safety hazards are identified and addressed.
  • Promote a positive and empowering culture, building effective working relationships with our service users, team members, and visitors.
  • Contribute to a culture of kindness, empathy, and connection, where every individual feels valued and respected.

Requirements

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact and share our values. You will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Prior experience in a similar role is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
