Job Title: Registered Nurse Outpatients and Pre Assessment

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient and Pre Assessment team at Tees Valley Hospital in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and individualized patient care in the outpatient and pre-assessment settings.
  • Work autonomously and with clinical competence to undertake extended practice, including venepuncture and wound care management.
  • Support outpatient services as delegated by the Outpatient Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Adhere to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients.

Requirements

  • Registered with the NMC.
  • High standards of clinical competence.
  • Aware of NICE guidelines on clinical assessment.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service.
