Technical Manager

Company: A leading residential construction company with a strong presence in London and the South East, known for delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Technical Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Residential Sector, working for a Main Contractor or Developer.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and provide guidance on new build schemes
  2. Lead and manage a team of technical professionals
  3. Hold a degree qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
  4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, and PowerPoint
  5. Strong knowledge of design and engineering construction principles
  6. Technical and building construction expertise
  7. Understanding of building regulations and NHBC legislation
  8. Strong health and safety knowledge, including CDM regulations
  9. Good understanding of planning legislation
Personal Specification & Requirements
  1. Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the company
  2. Experience in refurbishment and new build projects
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
  4. Smart, presentable, and able to communicate effectively with customers
  5. Punctual, reliable, and possessing good practical skills
  6. Degree qualified or equivalent
  7. Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  8. Up-to-date CSCS and SMSTS certification
