We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our small collaborative team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of local properties, ensuring that landlords' interests are protected and keeping tenants happy.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain regular communications with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure all properties in the portfolio are fully compliant with industry regulations, including arranging safety certificates and conducting regular property inspections.
- Arrange any necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure properties are kept at a high standard.
- Process and guide both parties through the end of tenancy process, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
- Liaise and manage contractors to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years' experience in a property management role, ideally in an independent lettings agency. You will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as part of a small team.
You will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a keen eye for detail. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
