IT Project Management Office Leader

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in establishing a premier Project Management Office (PMO). You will utilize your exceptional interpersonal skills to implement the most effective methodologies, tools, and processes. Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of IT Projects, your primary focus will be on leading robust project and program management frameworks, as well as overseeing PMO governance and reporting metrics. This will facilitate the successful execution of the IT Portfolio.
In this capacity, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of all international IT initiatives during a transformative phase, which includes:
- Implementing, managing, and enhancing PMO controls to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conducting and managing project gate reviews.
- Defining and upholding standards for effective portfolio, program, and project execution.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and will be driven to make a significant, positive impact.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading a PMO.
- Relevant project and/or program management certification.
- Proven track record of utilizing metrics and reporting to effectively guide projects.
