Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of IT Projects, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of robust project and program management controls, as well as PMO governance and reporting metrics, ensuring the successful execution of the IT Portfolio.
In this capacity, you will facilitate the effective delivery of all international IT initiatives during a transformative phase, which includes establishing, managing, and enhancing PMO controls; ensuring timely project completion; conducting project gate reviews; and defining and upholding standards for successful portfolio, program, and project management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in leading a PMO
- Relevant project and/or program management certification
- Proven track record of utilizing metrics and reporting to effectively guide projects
