Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a small team and organizing maintenance activities, as well as performing multi-skilled maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of maintenance engineers and organize maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Perform multi-skilled maintenance work, including electrical and mechanical tasks, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior maintenance engineers and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent technical skills, with experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
