Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team and organize maintenance activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Perform multi-skilled maintenance work, utilizing electrical and mechanical skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
