About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Corporate and Community Fundraiser to join our team at Langton Not 4 Profit. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our corporate and community fundraising strategy, focusing on events, challenges, and community engagement in the South London area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Development Director to develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy, ensuring achievement of agreed targets for net income and fundraising ratios.
  • Recruit, manage, and support a team of volunteer fundraisers and local ambassadors to help drive fundraising efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners and community groups to secure funding and support for our charity.
  • Organize and execute fundraising events and challenges, leveraging the skills and expertise of our volunteer team to maximize participation and donations.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for fundraising, working closely with the Development Director to develop and implement new strategies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate partners, community groups, and volunteers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of success in securing funding and support from corporate partners and community groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
