About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at the Humber Health Partnership, based at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to our patients, working closely with our ward-based teams to ensure safe and effective use of medicines.

You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise, as well as contribute to the development of our clinical pharmacy service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide quality care and education
  • Contribute to clinical pharmacy audit and practice research
  • Support operational management of the team and service delivery
