Operational Excellence:

  • Plan and maintain high standards across all aspects of the retail environment (product, cleanliness, displays, messaging, pricing).
  • Conduct daily reviews of retail standards to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee stock deliveries and movements, ensuring timely administration.
  • Ensure adherence to auditable processes and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Fulfill information requests accurately and within deadlines.
  • Minimize stock loss by implementing and following company security policies.
  • Create a safe shopping environment by adhering to health and safety policies.
  • Ensure operational activities meet minimum acceptable standards during audits.

Commercial Acumen:

  • Manage daily stock replenishment and take necessary actions to optimize inventory.
  • Enhance sales performance by analyzing commercial reports before making decisions.
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising in accordance with guidelines and timelines.
  • Identify stock package issues and inform management when necessary.
  • Effectively manage promotions and discounts in line with company policies.
  • Recognize trends and provide suggestions to improve product performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a dynamic retail or customer-facing environment.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the industry.
