- Manage refunds and complaints according to company guidelines, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

Operational Excellence:
- Plan and maintain high standards across all aspects of the retail environment (product, cleanliness, displays, messaging, pricing).
- Conduct daily reviews of retail standards to ensure compliance.
- Oversee stock deliveries and movements, ensuring timely administration.
- Ensure adherence to auditable processes and take corrective actions as needed.
- Fulfill information requests accurately and within deadlines.
- Minimize stock loss by implementing and following company security policies.
- Create a safe shopping environment by adhering to health and safety policies.
- Ensure operational activities meet minimum acceptable standards during audits.
Commercial Acumen:
- Manage daily stock replenishment and take necessary actions to optimize inventory.
- Enhance sales performance by analyzing commercial reports before making decisions.
- Plan and execute visual merchandising in accordance with guidelines and timelines.
- Identify stock package issues and inform management when necessary.
- Effectively manage promotions and discounts in line with company policies.
- Recognize trends and provide suggestions to improve product performance.
