Project Specification Director

Weber is seeking a highly skilled Specification Sales Manager to join our Infrastructure team, covering the South East region, including London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the direction of our project specification through the implementation of robust activities to deliver profitable growth with a client base of specialist applicators, main contractors, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on our product range, including concrete repair mortars, protective coatings, FRPs, and construction grouts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, applicators, and designers.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Work closely with designers to specify our systems and ensure they meet client needs.
- Previous experience in a specification-type role with a strong consultative selling style.
- Ability to work across multiple client types, including contractors, applicators, and distributors.
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to attend trade and networking events across the region.
- Knowledge of mineral technologies and/or concrete.
