About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrator to join our Clinical Admin Team. This role will provide administrative support to our Candle service, which provides bereavement support to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Candle service, including responding to inquiries and liaising with professional referrers.
  • Enter patient data into electronic systems with accuracy and speed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Admin Team to provide administrative support across all clinical areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, including a good telephone manner and excellent listening skills.

Requirements

  • Administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the need to safeguard vulnerable service users.
