About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Customer Satisfaction Representative to join our team at Chegg Busuu. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their issues.
  • Manage a high volume of customer requests, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Process refunds, check payment statuses, and follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with the technical and education teams to log new bugs and implement process improvements.
  • Share best practices with peers and contribute to the development of our customer support processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills in English and one of the following languages: German, French, or Polish.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a digital services environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Interest in digital services and new technologies.
