Family Solicitor / Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor / Associate to join our growing team in Loughborough. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients
  • Managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve the best outcomes
  • Demonstrating excellent technical ability and drafting skills
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and empathy
  • Displaying strong commercial acumen in managing cases and advising clients
  • Staying updated on legal developments and contributing to the firm's knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Qualified with PQE as a Family, Divorce and/or Finances, Private Law Solicitor
  • Proven track record in dealing with divorce proceedings and mid-asset financial matters
  • Technically strong with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Experience of Advocacy would be advantageous
