About the Role:

As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be entrusted with managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice and support on a range of family law matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Handling cases related to divorce, separation, and financial statements.
  2. Advising clients on child custody, adoption, and care proceedings.
  3. Drafting legal documents, including agreements and court applications.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and case law.
  5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  6. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements:

  1. A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in family law.
  2. Proven experience in handling a broad spectrum of family law cases.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  4. Continuous professional development and career progression.
  5. Hybrid working (WFH 2 days per week).
