Head of Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer

Venn Group, a leading recruitment agency in Birmingham, is partnering with a forward-thinking East Midlands law firm to find an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to lead their respected team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice while enjoying a dynamic work environment.

As the head of the department and an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer, you would be responsible for a diverse caseload of conveyancing files and oversee two junior conveyancers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of conveyancing files with expertise and efficiency
  • Oversee the work of two junior conveyancers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the department

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC with over 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience in managing conveyancing files and teams
  • Desirable experience in managing junior lawyers
