Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Software Product Management to spearhead the creation of our SaaS vision, strategy, and product offerings within a B2B industrial data analytics platform. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development, launch, and success of our commercial software products within our New Energy business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the design team from ideation to wireframe/mock-up creation.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on product development plans.
  • Work with the Software Product Delivery Manager to develop pricing strategies, packaging plans, and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of previous experience in product management roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry with a focus on industrial applications.
  • Strong understanding of industrial data analytics and related technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading software development projects.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic planning skills, having developed and implemented long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams to achieve product development objectives.
  • Analytical prowess: Utilize data analysis and market insights to inform decision-making and enhance product offerings.
