About the Role

The GAP Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our Trenching and Shoring division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities from existing major account customers and winning new business.

The Role

Our nationwide Trenching and Shoring division hires a range of equipment across the construction, utilities, and infrastructure industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales presentations to senior management levels and attending depot/customer trade days to promote our product offering.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Significant experience working in an area sales role within the Temporary Works/Trenching & Shoring/Hire industry
  • A proven track record in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth by maximizing opportunities from existing customers and winning new business
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • An effective negotiator and problem solver with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems
  • Driving License (Essential)
