Job Title: Retail Customer Service Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking on new challenges? We're looking for a talented Retail Customer Service Manager to join our team at Entain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible gaming.
  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events, processing customer transactions and handling cash.
  • Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers, providing excellent product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work towards defined targets and goals, maintaining high shop standards and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Open or close the shop as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Working Patterns:

This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your typical weekly rota will be a blend of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
