Exciting Opportunity in Commercial Real Estate with a Leading Managed Office Operator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Specialist to join our team at Hop Talent. As a key member of our Revenue team, you will play a crucial role in managing deals from Heads of Terms to move-in, acting as the primary contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple workspace projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and meeting key milestones.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring seamless transitions to Design, Build, and other supporting teams.
- Partner with the Finance Team to ensure accurate billing and transaction terms, and support the Real Estate team in building and maintaining landlord relationships.
- Continuously improve processes to support business growth and drive the company's expansion across London.
About You
We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in commercial real estate, a strong grasp of commercial property law, and excellent relationship-building skills. You should be able to manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, and have a proven track record of anticipating problems and providing proactive solutions.
