Skills Development Specialist in Construction and the Built Environment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skills Development Specialist to join our team at OnlyFE. As a Construction and Built Environment Training Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and assessments to our Level 3 and 4 higher apprentices in the construction and built environment sector.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver flexible, high-quality training and assessments to a caseload of Level 3 and 4 higher apprentices in the construction and built environment sector.
- Teach a range of subjects, including Quantity Surveying, Site Supervision, Design & Build, Building Information Modelling, Science, Materials & CAD.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
- Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials to meet the needs of the construction and built environment sector.
