Patient Services Advisor

Symphony Healthcare Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and communicative Patient Services Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves providing administration and reception duties, ensuring the smooth running of the practice in accordance with agreed procedures and protocols.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support, responding to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and home visits, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Process patient registrations, update computer records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Deal with patient complaints and concerns, escalating issues to the Practice Manager as necessary.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and photocopying, to support the efficient operation of the practice.
- Assist with the induction and training of new staff, ensuring a smooth transition and effective handover of responsibilities.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to the development of the practice team and staying up-to-date with best practices.

- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including practice management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the NHS and general practice, with a strong understanding of patient care and support principles.
