Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Smartsearch Recruitment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts in the North West of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and identify new opportunities.
  • Prospect and convert leads into sales, working closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Deliver high-quality sales proposals and presentations to customers, showcasing our products and services.
