Job Title: Newbury Racecourse Hospitality Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Staff member at Newbury Racecourse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving food and beverage requests efficiently and accurately
  • Taking food orders and communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy dining and working environment
  • Developing an understanding of our product range and menu knowledge
  • Managing and taking card payments
Requirements:
  • Confidence and compassion when interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent teamworking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A driven and dependable approach to work
  • Attention to detail and ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
  • Must be over the age of 18 and have a valid CV
