Job Title: Newbury Racecourse Hospitality Staff

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Staff member at Newbury Racecourse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth delivery of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pouring and making beverage requests efficiently and accurately
  • Preparing and serving food items alongside chefs
  • Stock rotation and replenishment
  • Communicating with colleagues and taking direction to ensure smooth delivery
  • Developing an understanding of the product range available
  • Managing and taking card payments
Requirements:
  • Confidence and compassion when interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent teamworking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven and dependable approach to work
  • Attention to detail
  • Upbeat, welcoming, and cheerful personality
  • Ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • CV required for application
  • Living in the local area with accessibility to Newbury Racecourse via public transport or driving
