We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our IT Service team at the University of South Hampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technical solutions that drive business value and improve the staff and student experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply your extensive business and system analysis experience to identify business needs and operational efficiencies.
- Document current and potential working practices through the eliciting, analysing, validating, and mapping of systems and processes.
- Provide support and training to technical and business teams for new systems and processes.
- Recommend and support implementation of non-functional requirements and provide post-implementation troubleshooting support.
- Extensive Business Analysis experience, helping deliver large-scale change projects and programmes.
- An excellent understanding of creating and writing functional and technical specifications for systems.
- The ability to communicate and collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
