Job OpportunityWe seek an experienced and passionate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep appreciation for listed and historic buildings, with a strong background in building conservation. While certification or accreditation in building conservation (RICS / AABC / RIBA SCA / IHBC) is highly desirable, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out Level 3 building surveys and repair, refurbishment, and conservation projects for private clients.
- Conduct inspections and provide project management services, including the preparation of architectural drawings and Specifications/Schedules of Work.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
