AEM Solutions Lead - AEM Assets

Location: Hybrid Work Model

Compensation: Up to £95k + £10k (Car Allowance & London Living Allowance) + Benefits including a 7% Bonus

As an AEM Solutions Lead, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the solution and domain architect to bring the Content Supply Chain (CSC) vision to fruition.

Your responsibility will be to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the design specifications while constructively challenging any discrepancies in opinion.

You are committed to engineering excellence, even if it means questioning established practices. You will advocate for solutions that fulfill the requirements of the business design team and resonate with users and customers, informed by user research and user-centric design principles. A hands-on approach is essential for driving transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design detailed specifications for each module/component.
  • Deliver solutions that meet established quality metrics.
  • Facilitate refinement meetings and provide estimates for implementation timelines.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary liaison for the product engineering team.
  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
  • Oversee incident management within your product area.

Who You Are:

  • An Engineering Lead, Technical Architect, or Senior Engineer with a strong interest in the CSC stack.
  • Experienced with Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM Assets, and Adobe Workfront.
  • Skilled in Java or JavaScript, along with tools such as BitBucket and Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise software development within dynamic environments.
  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
