Job Overview

Position: Technical Lead - Omnichannel Content Supply Chain (CSC)

Location: London (Hybrid: 8 days in office per month)

Compensation: Up to £95k + £10k (Car Allowance & London Living Allowance) + Benefits including a Bonus of 7%

As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the solution and domain architect to bring the vision of the Content Supply Chain (CSC) to fruition.

Your responsibility will be to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the design specifications while constructively challenging any discrepancies in opinion.

You are dedicated to achieving engineering excellence, even if it requires questioning established practices. You will advocate for solutions that fulfill the requirements of the business design team and are well-received by users and customers, leveraging insights from user research and user-centric design. A hands-on approach is essential for successful transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed designs for each module/component.
  • Deliver solutions that meet established quality metrics.
  • Lead refinement meetings and provide estimates for implementation timelines.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary liaison for the product engineering team.
  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
  • Oversee incident triaging within your product area.

Who You Are:

  • An Engineering Lead, Technical Architect, or Senior Engineer with a strong interest in the CSC stack.
  • Experienced with Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM Assets, and Adobe Workfront.
  • Proficient in Java or JavaScript, as well as tools like BitBucket and Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise software development within dynamic environments.
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
